AMBASSADORS OF CYPRUS, CROATIA AND GHANA ARE VISITING SINDH PROVINCE ON THE INVITATION OF SINDH GOVERNMENT.

Ambassadors of the Republic of Cyprus, H.E. Mr. Petros T. Nacouzis, of the Republic of Croatia, H.E. Mr. Drago Stambuk, of the Republic of Ghana, H.E. Mr. Mohammad Sayuti Yahya Iddi besides Counsellor from Embassy of Ghana, Mr. Daniel Abjapon and Third Secretary from Embassy of Croatia, Mr. Ivor Condi are visiting Sindh Province on the invitation of Sindh Government. Sindh Investment Department is hosting the distinguished Ambassadors and their accompanying partners. The Ambassadors arrived Karachi Airport yesterday night where officers of Sindh Investment Department were present to welcome them to the Sindh province.
On Tuesday morning distinguished Ambassadors visited Mazar-e-Quaid, then they proceeded to Governor's House Sindh and met with the Governor of Sindh Mr. Imran Ismail and discussed matters of mutual interest. After having lunch at Governor's house, they visited Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industries (FPCCI), where a number of leading industrialists were present and later, they visited Karachi Port Trust.
On this occasion Secretary Investment Department Government of Sindh, Mr. Ahsan Ali Mangi said that Sindh Government is keen to spread awareness about the present conducive investment environment in Sindh, striving to showcase Trade and Investment opportunities and trying to build linkages between foreign and local investors. For this purpose, Sindh Government wants to explore every avenue of investment in Sindh province.
The Ambassadors of Cyprus, Croatia and Ghana also have a very busy schedule on Wednesday in Karachi. They would be hosted by Deputy Speaker Sindh Assembly in the morning. Then their call on meeting is scheduled with Hon’ble Chief Minister Sindh
Mr. Murad Ali Shah followed by lunch. After that they would join an interactive session being arranged by Investment Department, Government of Sindh at their office in Finance and Trade Center (FTC) where Stakeholders from Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Small Medium Enterprise Development Authority (SMEDA), Board of Investment, Government of Pakistan and Senior Officers from Culture & Tourism, Industries & Commerce, Agriculture, Livestock & Fisheries Departments would participate. Chief Secretary, Sindh would also host a dinner on 18th September in honor of the visiting Ambassadors with the purpose to explore all avenues for bringing trade benefits to Sindh.
